WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a superstar Senior Associate (Senior Account Executive) to play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our account team - specifically for the Consumer side of our AbbVie business. You will manage various projects from brief to execution for our client and create experiences that connect with consumers and customers. The Senior Account Executive should be highly organized, driven and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. It is highly desirable that you have prior experience with retail media and communications including FSIs, coupons, e-blasts and other in-store media.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Responsible for and/or oversees project execution according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframes
  • Contributes to overall idea generation with agency team.
  • Provides day-to-day client contact, managing the relationship and expectations in accordance with agency philosophy
  • Builds thorough understanding of clients' business
  • Develop and communicate relevant job information to team members across departments (e.g., creative briefs, production request forms, functional required documentation for digital and social initiatives)
  • Solicits and provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely and accurate manner
  • Builds full knowledge of agency's offerings, mission and vision
  • Successfully participates and is involved in the management of project financials in accordance with agency policy and procedure
  • Establishes effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams
  • Utilizes agency resources appropriately and efficiently
  • Mentors more junior team members when appropriate
  • Understands all legal contracts and documents developed/executed on client's behalf for program execution
  • Oversees deliverable deadlines and contractual assets including coordination with internal team members and external partners
  • Stays abreast of industry and competitive trends in the marketplace
  • Maintains asset tracking and provides reporting to team and/or client as required

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years agency experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Exposure to retail marketing highly desired
  • Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time efficiently between accounts and projects while producing accurate work
  • Proven success in project management and in a client-facing capacity
  • Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
  • Demonstrates knowledge of financials; billing reports, invoicing, financial maintenance on projects/clients and are able to generate estimates
  • Must be proactive with the ability to work both independently and with multiple teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel
