Summary:

In this role, you will be managing overall product strategy and prioritization associated with the development and enhancement of existing and new modules within the Clinical Data Base (CDB). You will coordinate with stakeholders to manage business requirements, gather voice of customer feedback, conduct market research, and partner with Vizient's application development teams to develop and execute on the product roadmap and vision.

Responsibilities:

* Manage priorities of product business planning and life cycle across multiple products; ensure pervasive markets needs are met, differentiated value is created, and roadmaps align to overall product strategy.

* Work with subject matter experts to refine and prioritize enhancements to data intake and enrichment processes such as validations, data quality reports to meet member needs.

* Collaborate closely with the Agile Product Owner and other partners across Vizient's application development team to define the scope and timeline, and secure resources needed for successful execution of product enhancements.

* Collect product requirements using discovery and framing sessions, as well as use documentation techniques to ensure successful transition to application development teams for complex products.

* Create and lead product or feature specific release plans across multiple teams including but not limited to marketing, technical sales, delivery, training and education and member engagement teams.

* Plan and conduct stakeholder interviews to identify problem statements related to solution functionality and thereby craft business requirements for functionality to address user needs for complex products.

* Coordinate and conduct member-specific voice of customer interviews to understand concepts, ideas, and overall member problems as is relates to the product enhancements or strategy.

* Partner with the competitive intelligence group in connecting market research back to product specific functionality to identify and respond to gaps in the solution portfolio.

* Participate in defining product strategy, vision, and enhancements, including roadmaps, business requirements and business launches.

Qualifications:

* Relevant degree preferred. Master's degree desired.

* 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

* Experience in product management, strategy, business development, finance, or marketing required.

* Experience working in a health care organization required.

* Knowledge of data intake and processing systems required.

* Strong skills managing multiple project priorities within a functionally designed organization required.

* Knowledge or experience with Vizient clinical data products a plus.

* Clinical background or health care certification preferred.

* Experience working with quality and outcomes metrics preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$88,900.00 - $132,250.00
