POSITION TITLE
Pursuits Coordinator

LOCATION
Hybrid - Woodcliff Lake, NJ


The Pursuits Coordinator reports to the VP of Marketing and is critical in supporting the organization's efforts to identify new business opportunities. This individual will work closely with Marketing and technical teams to coordinate and monitor the Go/No-Go process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively search for and identify RFPs relevant to our business needs
  • Download, organize, and manage RFPs during the go/no-go process
  • Proactively identify and track upcoming RFPS for key agencies
  • Work with Marketing and technical teams to identify and expand knowledge of key target clients/pursuits
  • Manage/maintain corporate data and documentation on the procurement sites and bid sites McLaren routinely uses
  • Utilize AI tools to extract and capture essential data from RFP documents
  • Attend Go/No-Go meetings and monitor the database process and other relevant processes for deadlines
  • Work with key stakeholders to maintain and update all contract forms and requirements to ensure compliance
  • Monitor and update renewal requirements, contract expiration dates, and other critical contract milestones
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to bid sites and internal databases

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the RFP process preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
