If you're fueled by purpose, and powered by persistence, explore a career with us. Here, you'll discover the rigor it takes to make a difference and the fulfillment that comes with living the #NetworkLife.

What you'll be doing...

In this highly visible role, you will proactively identify opportunities to mitigate joint customer disconnects for our existing mobile & home base. You will formulate ideas and carry them through execution and beyond to retrospective, post-promo analysis and ensuring a positive customer experience. Execute these strategies by leading peers from other functional work groups, including (but not limited to): Business Intelligence, Marketing Communications, Martech, Performance Management, Finance, Legal, IT, Market Leadership, and Product Marketing. Evolve these strategies to keep up with ever changing business and customer needs as well as improving effectiveness and efficiency. Drive bottom up data driven recommendations as well as adapt to top down requirements from executive leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Mitigating Joint Customer Disconnects.

  • Developing Cross BAU Behavioral programs and partnering cross-functionally to optimize M&H experience, working across VZ teams to develop system capabilities for support.

  • Identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for Joint Customers through analysis of: market conditions and trends, competitive analysis, existing KPI reports, executive leadership guidance, and ad hoc data AI&D research.

  • Deciphering performance across a variety of metrics: i.e. KPIs, LNP, Segmentation, Propensity, etc. to uncover new opportunities for growth and revenue for existing Joint Customers.

  • Using broad industry perspective to interpret competitive information, draw intelligent conclusions, provide assessments at the strategic and tactical level, formulate promotional save recommendations on proactive and/or reactive actions and take actions to execute upon approved recommendations.

  • Designing comprehensive targeting strategies to maximize and optimize on churn. Strong knowledge of both the home and wireless marketplace.

What we're looking for...

You believe that solid data should be behind every important decision and are a numbers person with a strategic mindset, strong business and financial acumen. You bring both business perspective and an understanding of the marketplace-and not just theory and numbers. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. Most importantly, you are able to create actionable programs based on what you learn from the data.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience.
