Under general supervision, performs a variety of operational tasks for complex processes or functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure, researches issues as they may arise and analyzes information as needed. Exercises sound judgment within guidelines. Tasks may require coordination of information among various operational areas as well as business lines. Effectively communicate with customers in alignment with Associated Bank's brand standards. Acts as escalation point for less senior technicians for complex issues or transactions and provides training as needed. Identify and report fraud to manager and Financial Intelligence Department when necessary. Maintain compliance with all regulations and rules pertaining to operational area. Identify efficiency opportunities and bring forth ideas to leadership for review.Job Accountabilities * Receive/review incoming work, prioritize accordingly and contact appropriate resources as needed to meet SLAs. * Minimize risk by following all regulations and rules pertaining to operational area and report deficiencies to leadership. * Assist in the development and presentation of training. * Escalate suspected fraud to Financial Intelligence Department and leadership for resolution. * Enter transactions into PC, verify accuracy; and balance general ledger accounts/applications. * Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records. * Perform fast, effective, accurate, and courteous service to customers and banks. * Prepare, edit, distribute, and/or correct specialized and/or complex documents. * Provide regular reports on customer feedback and trends in problems or situations involving various product activities. * Review processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency opportunities and recommend to leadership, as applicable. Education Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business Preferred Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Finance Preferred Experience 2-4 years Business, Finance or Operations Required 3-5 years Banking, Financial Services or Operations Preferred
