About the Position:

As a Senior Commercials Manager with Cologix you will be part of a fast-paced and impactful team that is responsible for commercial decisions and ensuring alignment with the organization's financial goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally to analyze individual sales opportunities for profitability, return on investment, and overall fit with our strategic goals. You will develop financial models, tools, and reports that support commercial decisions, as well as act on overarching strategic business objectives as it relates to revenue and EBITDA growth strategies. Important skills for success include being detail-oriented, having a financial and analytical background, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What you do daily:

  • Act as the key decision maker for day-to-day pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand the value proposition, risks, and opportunities of each site in the Cologix portfolio
  • Produce financial models to support commercial decisions for new builds, expansions, and wholesale opportunities
  • First point of contact for approvals outside of standard pricing
  • Provide commercial responses for customer RFPs
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis to evaluate business health and progress towards objectives

What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree and five years related work experience; Investment Banking, Corp Dev, Product Management, or Strategic Pricing preferred
  • Understanding of colocation business and pricing model is a plus
  • Intermediate-to-expert level Excel skills
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Customer negotiation experience
  • Excellent communication and influence, both written and oral, across all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal skills cross-departmental business relationships

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. This position will also be eligible for an annual bonus.

Salary Range
$90,000-$110,000 USD
