Job Description
It is the responsibility of the Office Admin to assist the Office Manager as needed, managing all assigned office admin duties effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a cooperative, helpful, professional demeaner and an eager to learn and excel attitude.
 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet, welcome, announce, direct, assist visitors upon arrival
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx) & deliveries  in a timely manner; process UPS shipments
  • Set up new job folders
  • Call in JULIE’s; record and maintain log in ACCESS
  • Manage miscellaneous reporting tasks
  • Successfully complete administrative tasks as assigned, per standard operating procedures
  • Assist with record keeping, filing, scanning, copying, downloading of files, etc.
  • Track insurance for all jobs
  • Check for bid opportunities daily (ORCA and ACAS systems online), print, distribute to team
  • Learn Office Manager duties and responsibilities when assigned, filling in as needed when appropriate
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Preferred Education / Experience:
  • High school diploma plus experience in similar role, or 2-year degree or above
  • Experience in Construction Industry a plus
