The salary range for this role is:

Responsibilities:

The pay for this role in Hanford, CA is $19.00/Hour

• Responsible for assisting the Shift Supervisor in ensuring production is carried out for designated shifts and departments.
• Areas of responsibility include Production, Sanitation, Quality Assurance, Safety, Maintenance, and Labeling.
• Will be responsible for supervising hourly teams of 50+ employees.
• Daily duties will include scheduling requirements, tracking production levels, troubleshooting, and some employee counseling/conflict management.
• Analyze production processes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Good task management skills
• Must be detailed orientated.
• Previous supervision experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Be available to work all shifts.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
• Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
