The purpose of a Knowledge and Change Manager is to ensure changes required to Contact Center and broader Wealth & Personal Banking front line staff process and procedure are delivered with appropriate change controls, communications, and design that makes it fast an easy for employees and clients to interact with the bank. The role holder will support or lead delivery of system/technical, process/procedure and operational change initiatives supporting Wealth & Personal Banking front line staff. They will support change and/or organize resources to ensure day to day expectations can be met, suggesting and implementing improved ways to tackle issues in the future. They will act as a key interface with other business areas in support of Contact Center, Direct Relationship Team and Wealth Centers.

As our Knowledge and Change Manager you will:

  • Lead, control, priorities and implement changes required to Wealth & Personal Banking procedures, processes and systems
  • Make recommendations to improve/streamline current change practices to improve the customer experience, team productivity, and/or reduce costs
  • Maintain contact with stakeholders to identify and communicate business performance, status and potential risks
  • Drive a high performance culture through strong leadership and effective people management
  • Ensure change control processes are effective and propose improvements/efficiencies as required
  • Ensure consistency of service provided across all sites and maintaining compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $60,000.00 and $107,000.00.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

Youll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent understandings of Wealth &Personal Banking products, services, systems and processes e.g. procedures, processes, systems used, products sold, reward structures, regulatory requirements set stretching goals for self and team and delivering them with courage and tenacity
  • Proven experience delivering change using appropriate systems, tools, communication, delegation and planning skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
  • Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
  • Ability to coordinate a wide variety of solutions, bringing a breadth of experience to the business, seeing the wider implications at all stages
