Job Description

Come join us! WellSky is seeking a Support Analyst to join the Client Experience team. In this role you will be responsible for providing both procedural and technical support related to the clinical, billing, and training aspects of our software application. Our goal is to ensure that our clients feel supported and can focus on providing care to the populations they serve.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Support user-facing applications in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide superior client service and ensuring outstanding quality
  • Troubleshoot and document software operations
  • Complete thorough documentation of issues
  • Ensure the required response and resolution times are met
  • Collaborate with and support other team members

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Relevant exposure in customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Windows OS
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration
  • A strong desire for learning and professional growth
  • Must be able to work a shift between the hours of 7am-7pm CST
