The NorDx Phlebotomy School is designed to provide students with the clinical knowledge and competency to become a highly skilled Phlebotomist and the opportunity to earn while you learn! All students chosen for the School are paid, fulltime, benefited employees and will transfer to a permanent Medical Lab Assistant I position and receive a significant pay increase upon successful completion of the course.
Once in your permanent position, you will have the opportunity to advance and grow through additional company provided training. Advancement opportunities include- Medical Lab Assistant II, Mentor, Group Lead, Supervisor, Manager and Clinical Lab Training positions.

The Student - Phlebotomy works under the guidance of assigned Laboratory leadership and is taught how to perform proper specimen collections, handling and processing of specimens as well as training in our laboratory computer information systems.
