NV5 is actively seeking a talented and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our Clean Energy/Sustainability Team. This multi-disciplined team provides consulting services for sustainable buildings and campus developments. From design of net-zero buildings to sustainable planning and assisting clients with their global decarbonization engineering strategies and data. Minimum of three-year related work experience. Locations: Midwest Region Support. Central US projects. Remote locations considered.

Responsibilities
    Assist Lead Project Managers with project coordination, sustainability meetings, and project certification documentation.
  • Detail oriented and organized with proven experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinker with good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with multiple sustainability rating and certification systems: LEED BD+C, LEED O+M, Arc, WELL, Fitwel, Energy Star. Envision a plus.
  • Assist Lead Project Managers with with LEEDonline, WELLonline, and Arc. Calculating sustainability certification prerequisites and credits.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with calculators and reporting tools. Assist with ESG (Environmental Social Governance) data collection and roadmaps. E-mail follow-ups for data collection
  • Assist with editing Green Building Specifications.
  • Knowledge of resilient design, material health, and social sustainability issues a plus.
  • Assist with Air quality testing, water quality testing, and WELL Performance Testing and reporting.
  • Photoshop and/or InDesign experience a plus.
Qualifications

Education/Qualifications:

  • 4-year bachelor degree in related field
  • 3 years related experience
