  • We have an opening for a Mail Room Supervisor position.
  • Location: Seattle, WA 98104. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full Time; Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
  • Requirement: Facilty, mailroom, conference room request and catering request experience. This role will manage all vendor relations and support the food pantry and hub services within the building.
  • Salary: $65,000 per year

Job Summary

The Office Services Site Manager is responsible for managing the day to day office services related to mailroom, reception, reprographics, hospitality, and facilities monitoring for two client locations.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage P-Card expenses

* Manage scheduling, and payroll for direct reports.

* Responds to requests in a timely manner and extends outstanding customer service to all internal/external customers and clients.

* Oversee office and store inventory and establish par levels based on usage and set budget.

* Manage vendor relationships and serve as primary and/or secondary point of contract.

* Work in tandem with the facilities manager to maintain the integrity and day-to-day operations of the office environment.

* Spearhead team meetings, including safety training.

* Manage on-going cross training and overall professional development of employees.

* Assists with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Prior management, customer service-related, experience. Preferably within a corporate mailroom and copy center.

* Proficient computer skills including MS Office 365 and willingness to learn new technology

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team environment

* Willingness to embrace and perform continuous training and professional educational programs.

* Prior catering experience a plus.

* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
