Do you love creating technology strategies and plans to address business challenges?Zions Bancorporation is currently seeking an experiencedSenior Product Managerfor our Cloud initiative, which is foundational to our digital transformation. In this job, you will collaborate with senior technology leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive cloud adoption strategy, develop and implement cloud governance strategies, incorporate cloud governance into risk management frameworks, and establish financial tracking mechanisms. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining cloud-related standards, controls, and policies to ensure compliance and optimize cloud resource utilization.If you have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, financial acumen, risk management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams then this role is for you!

TheSenior Product Manager, Cloudwill:

* Lead a team of cloud professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

* Collaborate across different areas within business and technology to create a clear and cohesive vision to drive future state public cloud platform.

* Provide Enablement features to the Engineering teams that align with required risk management & business adoption.

* Identify and assess potential risks associated with cloud adoption, such as data security, compliance, and vendor lock-in.

* Develop risk management frameworks and mitigation plans to address identified risks.

* Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud security and risk management.

* Actively maintain cloud controls, mapping to industry standard frameworks (e.g., CSA Cloud Controls Matrix) and internal risks, standards, and controls.

* Ensure financial tracking mechanisms are in place and active.

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders to adopt cloud governance best practices.

* Experience in cloud technologies, cloud governance, risk management, and financial tracking.

* Self-Motivated and comfortable with picking up new skills and driving initiatives.

* Knowledge of cloud security practices and compliance requirements coupled with experience in developing controls and supporting risk frameworks.

* Understanding of cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their respective offerings.

* Experience working with cost management tools or models (buy and/or build).

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related experience.A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.MBA Preferred.

Location:

This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.

The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus will be the company's primary technology and operations center. This modern and environmentally friendly technology center will enable Zions to continue to compete for the best technology talent in the state while providing team members with an exceptional work environment with features such as:
