Role and Responsibilities

This position is at CAE Healthcare, a division of Madison Industries.

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering the knowledge, tools, collateral, and programs that enable effective marketing and selling of CAE Healthcare's Patient Digital and Education Services.

By joining the Product Management team, you will have the opportunity to lead the commercialization of new products and contribute to the full product lifecycle. Are you ready to:

  • Drive the product lines' outbound product activities for the Digital and Education Services portfolio.

  • Collaborate on the definition and execution of marketing strategies and plans.

  • Support sales and marketing promotions and campaigns.

  • Support the Product Manager in executing the portfolio strategy, including market and customer research, competitive analysis, product positioning, product design and development, etc.

  • Contribute to the elaboration of pricing strategies

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to build sales collaterals.

  • Provide sales and channel training on the existing product portfolio and new products.

  • Work with the digital team to ensure website accuracy, update products and delivery of promotions and campaigns.

  • Provide event support (tradeshows, conferences, etc.).

  • Collaborate with marketing on photoshoots, social media campaigns and other deliverables.

  • Create training content and ongoing documentation for customer service and clinical educators.

  • Build thought leadership content (white papers, case studies, etc.).

  • Support Sales, Marketing and Operations in product lifecycle management tasks.

  • Support Quality, Service and Engineering to address product safety issues, functionality issues, storage, packing and transport issues.

  • Update and optimize sales tools (CRM, Documentation Management, etc.).

This is a remote or hybrid position, based in United States or Canada, reporting to the Senior Manager - Product Management.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years' experience with Digital and Education Services OR 5+ years supporting the product management process in the industry (inbound and outbound product activities, commercial release activities). Both preferred.

  • Track record in successfully commercializing B2B SaaS solutions

  • Proven Product Marketing Expertise.

  • Bachelors' Degree (preferably in marketing or business administration) with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Able to travel up to 20% including domestic and internationally.

  • Organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in presenting to their audience, including strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and cross functional environment.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Able to represent the Product Management Team internally and externally in a professional manner.

Preferred:

  • Experience with using medical simulation for training healthcare learners.

  • Experience with user stories, marketing requirements and new product development processes.

  • Experience with a CRM system (i.e., Salesforce).

General:

  • Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures both at CAE Healthcare and wherever CAE Healthcare is represented (i.e., program site, trade show, etc.).

  • Performs all duties in compliance with and enforces all applicable legal and ethical standards including CAE's Code of Business Conduct, CAE's policies and procedures, country laws and regulations, Federal and States or Provincial Laws, policies, and standards.

  • Maintains security of all proprietary information.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.

  • Ability to stand on conference room floor for up to 8 hours.

  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs to set up and move simulation equipment.
