LRG Wealth Advisors is a leading financial planning and advisory practice managing $500 million in assets in New York City. Our firm partners with esteemed custodians Fidelity, Pershing, and Schwab to provide our clients with the best possible financial solutions. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team and assist with administrative tasks related to our diverse clientele.

Are you a versatile Executive Assistant with a range of skills ready to support a prominent Financial Advisor in New York City? We are looking for a proactive individual with 2 or more years of related experience to bring a unique blend of administrative skills and digital expertise to the role. You will report to the Managing Director. #LI-Onsite

What You'll Bring:

Administrative Proficiency:

  • Ability to manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle confidential information and maintain records accurately.
  • Experience in office management and providing high-level administrative support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for interaction with clients and our teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to guide communication between the advisor and different stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in drafting professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Digital Expertise:

  • Social Media Management: Experience using social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Writing Proficiency: Strong writing skills to create compelling content for different platforms and communication purposes.
  • Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application in content generation and workflow optimization.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to streamline customer interactions and support sales strategies.
  • Experience in travel coordination, expense reporting, and using digital tools for efficient task management.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools that enhance productivity and communication processes.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Critical thinking skills to address challenges proactively and find solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourcefulness in handling unexpected situations and resolving issues promptly.

Professionalism and Discretion:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Exercise discretion in dealing with confidential matters, client communications, and internal discussions.
  • Uphold ethical standards and always represent the advisor's office with integrity and professionalism.

Associate's degree or college education in a related field
