Job Description
Summary: The Director of Compliance position is charged with managing the Compliance requirements for the Contracts Department as well as other internal departments.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Identify and document process improvements for the contracts and other internal departments for existing processes and developing new processes as needed.
  • Create and maintain audit schedule.
  • Create and maintain audit documentation library.
  • Manage the internal audit process for existing and new processes including but not limited to preparing the audit plan, audit documentation, and completing internal audits.
  • Participate in external audits as necessary.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
  • Candidate will acknowledge and participate in mandatory and annual training provided by Four Points such as Ethics.
  • Candidate will review, acknowledge, and participate in any US government and regulatory security trainings periodically as required in their role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Dynamics NAV financial management and project accounting solution preferred and helpful.
  • Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry, and algebra.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Education/Experience:
  • BS/BA Degree in related field plus at least 10 years of experience in working for a Government Contractor.
  • Federal Government and/or VAR (value-added reseller) experience required.
  • Paralegal experience a plus
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
