What You Will Do:

The Internal Program Evaluator (Hawkins Grant) will monitor, report, and connect data to program implementation strategies. Responsibilities include supporting project leadership in developing systems of shared data with Hawkins partners; coordinating internal data on project implementation and impact; preparing and share regular internal reviews of Hawkins program. This position is grant-funded through Dec 31, 2026.

Essential Responsibilities
    Develop data collection mechanisms; including but not limited to surveys, focus groups, assessment tools, and other instruments to effectively track the implementation and impact of strategies and practices for each grant activity / objective; including collaborating with the program director to complete the DoE Annual Performance and Results report
  • Create and manage assessments to measure student knowledge, skills, and dispositions within their placements.
  • Ensure accurate compliance reporting for quarterly and annual grant report.
  • Create and publish reports to be disseminated and presented to key stakeholders, including conferences and publications.
  • Conducts literature and research reviews of relevant topics to provide a summary and synthesis of these resources for the team.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instructor, Teacher Preparation or other related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with data collection and analysis.
  • 1-3 years of experience developing reports for publication or presentations.
  • 1-3 years of experience with support grant goals and outcomes.
  • Interpersonal skills: Shows genuine sensitivity to the needs, feelings and capabilities of other people. Deals with others in a pleasant manner. Treats others with respect and consideration.
