What You'll do:

  • Serve as the deputy program manager providing task order and contract manager support for a large-scale Intelligence Community Program
  • Support Senior Program Manager in developing and nurturing strong customer intimacy through consistent, high-quality delivery, opening new opportunities for the organization to support other agency goals.
  • Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
  • Provide day to day management and oversight of program teams, establish clear goals and continuously evaluate progress and provide guidance as needed to all team members
  • Ensure complete compliance with customer agency security and confidentiality requirements
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the project: organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
  • Lead and execute reporting and deliverables for the project
  • Coordination of onboarding and off boarding activities
  • Manage team of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
  • Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs.
  • Work seamlessly with subcontractor partners

Required Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. focused on Information Systems or engineering discipline or relevant experiences.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • 10+ years IT Program Management experience to include:
    • Project Management, scope management, schedule management, and cost management Information Technology projects and scheduling
    • Complex communication to stakeholders at all levels of technical background and agency hierarchy
    • Risk management and forecasting
    • Issue identification and escalation
  • U.S. Citizenship required for clearance purposes
  • May require 1-2 days onsite in Mclean, VA or Washington, DC client site


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with DOD and/or Intelligence programs

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted forany applicable geographicdifferential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$93,124.00 - $197,332.00
