What You'll do:

  • Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule of program areas, projects, tasks, and general operations/activities:
    • Identify and track activities, major tasks, assignments, milestones, and estimates for performance of the tasks.
    • Identify and track contract deliverables on the integrated master schedule in accordance with the contract deliverables schedule.
    • Identify and track all items that require government decision or action including Stage-Gate reviews
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that the project schedule is aligned with the project plan and that any changes to the schedule are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight and deconfliction/coordination of any subordinate schedules (e.g., the Agile Release Train, Transition)
  • Provide expertise and analysis to identify and report schedule issues to leadership.
  • Provide Monthly Program Status Reports to program management, including status of all activities/requirements by program/project/task with corresponding dates: Provide status on:
    • Deliverables due during the reporting period
    • Technical progress to date against milestones
    • Planned work accomplished
    • Unplanned work accomplished
    • Provide forecast of planned work and planned deliverables for the upcoming month.
  • Identify, develop and maintain SOPs for the Integrated Master Schedule
  • Ensure that all project schedule documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with DOD quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure that the project schedule is integrated with other project plans and schedules.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members on schedule development, tracking, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required for clearance purposes)
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' experience developing and maintaining complex master integrated schedules for a large program or program office in a defense or government contracting environment.
  • Expertise with scheduling tools ServiceNow project management module and Microsoft Project
  • Exemplary communication and analytical skills
  • May require 1-2 days onsite in Mclean, VA or Washington, DC project locations

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted forany applicable geographicdifferential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$57,993.00 - $105,436.00
