Roles and Responsibilities:
* Ensure the planning, scheduling, and management of treatment from initial evaluation to treatment completion.
* Act as the main point of contact for medical offices, adjusters, nurse case managers, and claimants.
* Accurately record treatment plans and send them for clinical and pricing review.
* Promptly schedule appointments for approved treatment.
* Effectively prioritize daily activities to ensure timely completion of all assignments.
* Timely review and respond to requests from clients, providers, claimants, or management.
* Provide education to provider offices on the submission of required documentation, such as chart notes, billing forms, and state-specific forms.
* Obtain any missing required appointment documentation from providers.
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate leadership/management.
* Collaborate with management on potential recommendations for process and system enhancements.
* May assist in testing system/process enhancements.
* Perform other assigned duties.
Required skills and abilities:
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical skills and proficient in research.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Capable of multitasking, following procedures, and actively listening.
* Bilingual skills are advantageous.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and essential MS Office applications.
* Adherence to company's physical and information security standards and training requirements.
Education/Experience:
* Preferred background as a Medical Assistant or equivalent.
* Experience with Medical Software Platforms is a benefit.
* Contact Center experience is a plus.
* High School Diploma or GED.
