The Opportunity

Our People team is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to be focused primarily on Go-To-Market (GTM) functions - Sales, Customer Experience, Partnerships & Alliances, and Marketing. You will work closely with execs and senior leadership in these areas, alongside supporting managers and employees at all levels of the organisation. This role is primarily a US-focused role, however you will be expected to partner and build strategic relationships with GTM leaders in the UK, Germany, Australia, and UAE as well.

This is a role with high levels of influence - supporting the creation, enablement, and delivery of the HR people strategy in support of the Company's vision, mission, and goals. Reporting to the global VP of People, this is an individual contributor role with high levels of collaboration across the People team and wider business.

Critical to the success of the position is building trust and developing effective and proactive relationships with senior business stakeholders. You must be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen - understanding key business and human drivers and priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Apply commercial thinking and an understanding of the business and HR to develop, drive and deliver the HR people strategy for your client group as part of & in alignment with the global people philosophy and strategy

  • Proactively develop strong working relationships with key business stakeholders across multiple teams and sales regions

  • Build trust and become an active member of your client groups leadership team, proactively driving the HR agenda and providing direction on business initiatives, operational best practices, organisational psychology and change management

  • Play a key role in the Company-wide strategic planning process for Functional, Departmental, and Individual goals

  • Influence and coach leaders to create a culture of high performance and build, deliver and drive People programs in support of this

  • Lead and manage People programs, policy and processes in collaboration with your business area (GTM) and the People & Talent team - employee engagement, employee relations and investigations, internal communications, performance management, performance reviews, talent reviews, calibrations, compensation, DEI, L&D, org design, terminations, and more

Who You Are

  • Proven track record of developing trusted relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Proven track record of coaching, influencing, and negotiating with senior leaders, including the C-Suite and specifically sales leadership

  • Exposure to sales comp planning and partnering with a Revenue Operations team, to ensure our employees are compensated fairly and motivated to overachieve

  • Experience operating within an HR team partnership model / working with HR center of excellence

  • Proven experience of significant project and change management experience, including within the area of organizational design

  • Proven experience of performance management and employee relations

  • Experience managing the onboarding and offboarding process for all new hires and leavers here in the US

  • Experience in multi-national, fast-paced, progressive commercial SaaS organizations

  • Operational and commercial systems thinking
