- Lead and align with the Global Process Control & Technology Team in the development and execution of regional strategies to support production sites
- Deploy the Global Digital workstream strategy within the Region
- Partner with sites to develop and drive a GAP analysis process within the Americas region
- Implement Capital and Infrastructure projects on time and within budget
- Build the Process Control Technology community and support career development of talent
- An Engineering, Chemistry, or technical undergraduate degree is required, however, an advanced degree is preferred. Experience within Process Control Technology within Chemical, Refining, or PetroChemical facilities is required.
- Greater than 10 years experience in the Process Control area
- Proven experience within Chemical Facilities, understanding Process Control Technology related objectives and how they add value to the business objectives
- Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving, Project Management
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to lead teams and influence the regional organization

- Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program. The established minimum pay for this position is $158,100.00. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
