Senior Manager, Salesforce Technical (Multiple Positions), Galaxy US Opco Inc. d/b/a Vialto Partners, Boston, MA. Support business and technology partners in understanding and defining the scope of Salesforce platform integrations. Develop patterns and best practices to boost adoption, operational efficiency, and business value for clients. Improve the platform's utilization strategy, focusing on architecture, security, performance, and financial aspects. Evaluate new Salesforce releases and assess their impact. Maintain solution documentation requirements as defined. Coach and supervise the team.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.   

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, plus 6 years related work experience, of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience. 

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

·Designing and implementing custom end-to-end business applications and solutions in Salesforce CRM platform with emphasis on Sales cloud, Service cloud and marketing cloud;

·Creating Integrations and/or Connectors between Salesforce.com and client and other 3rd party applications;

·Utilizing Data Loader to bulk load support data into Salesforce.

·Translating business requirements into technical design and prepare MD70 documents; and

·Implementing backend logic using Apex coding, design the best user interface in lightning and delivering the business needs through a process-oriented DevOps pipeline.

100% telecommuting permitted.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required.
