As aPlant Manageryou will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities of assigned manufacturing Plant. Responsibilities include safety, environmental, quality, production, cost control and leadership of the Plant workforce. You will be responsible for the Kansas City, Kansas Plant. You will report to the Manufacturing Operations Director.

*Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
*At least ten years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience, with at least seven years of experience supervising multiple individuals
*Thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations and safety procedures
* Demonstrated experience with success in managing a safe and environmentally sound work environment
*Prior experience in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
