RAPP is an integral part of Omnicom's Precision Marketing Group, comprising 4,000 creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 40 global markets.
YOUR ROLE:
Supports our client's overall mission to modernize their data and marketing technology infrastructure and enable best-in-class marketing strategies to reach target audiences with precision, and effectively track, report and optimize each step of the customer journey. Balance team leadership and managerial responsibilities with subject matter expertise in overseeing and supporting data and platform enablement deliverables. You'll provide sound strategic guidance and leadership to your team, colleagues and senior level clients (SVP and CMO level) and other agency leaders. You will provide guidance to the day-to-day teams and senior leaders responsible for managing our clients' business as well as build relationships with senior clients in our portfolio to identify opportunities for optimization and growth and be a trusted advisor as they lead their teams and organizational transformation. You will be an avid follower of shifts in the data/mar-tech environment and provide guidance to the team and clients as to how to adjust strategy to best position them in the context of these shifts. You will also educate the broader Accound team to ensure we are delivering state-of-the-art counsel and content to our clients. You will serve as an agency leader and contribute significantly to the performance and revenue of the account. This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
