The Underground Chicago & The Underground Cocktail Club – Operations Manager
The Underground Cocktail Club, The Underground nightclub, which is located in Chicago, opened over 15 years ago. In 2021, the Underground Cocktail Club was debuted in Chicago. The venues are known for attracting celebrities such as Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, David Beckham, Ludacris, Michael Jordan, John Mayer, John Legend, and Miley Cyrus.
Underground Cocktail Club Chicago is currently seeking a talented Operations Manager.
Restaurant/bar experience preferred!
Responsibilities include hiring, training, and evaluating personnel, cash flow management, purchasing, inventories, sales goals, profit-and-loss statements, and payroll. Quality control in terms of inspecting venue, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintaining a safe, secure environment while complying with state and local regulations.
