As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead the factory Maintenance team in the planning and implementation of initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness, and or efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, and or facilities. You will coordinate the response to equipment breakdowns. This role supports ABB's Electrification Distribution Solutions Division in Selmer, Tennessee.

• Develop and implement equipment life cycle management procedures for optimizing reliability and cost.
• Coordinate with the team to solve major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
• Carry out maintenance tasks as required.
• Define maintenance plans for new production lines and recommend methods to improve reliability, ongoing maintenance, and safety of equipment, in collaboration with the Engineering department.
• Coordinate planned and scheduled maintenance of factory equipment.
• Develop and propose improvement projects for processes and production lines to reduce both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
• Propose and manage the annual maintenance budget.
• Monitor the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determine actions to cost issues as necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of plant maintenance or engineering experience.
• Must have prior supervisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing Processes.
• Experience with Planned Maintenance and Backlog.
• Good Technical and Engineering Skills.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
