The Solar Equity Program Analyst will support the Solar Energy Technologies Office's (SETO) efforts to make distributed solar programs located in and benefiting low-income and disadvantaged communities that include a variety of meaningful benefits such as greater household savings, resiliency, wealth building, and workforce development. The candidate will provide programmatic, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise support to accelerate the accessible and affordable deployment of solar energy. An ideal candidate is an organized, multi-tasker with good interpersonal skills who has direct experience with community-based solar projects and programs, solar project development and financing, affordable housing, and/or community development and is passionate about addressing clean energy challenges to ensure an equitable transition to clean energy and economy.

Benefits:
BGS offers a competitive total compensation package to eligible employees. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401K, Long and Short-Term Disability.
Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $80,000 and $170,000 annually and is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
