The Surveillance agent performs undercover observations of all Casino activities including, but not limited to, count rooms, tables, coin room, slot machines, cashier areas and vaults.
- Operate surveillance equipment; video recording machines, cameras and other related equipment necessary to conduct surveillance of all Casino areas.
- Review, maintain and file all video recordings, documents and evidence used in surveillance for possible investigations/conduct time and motion studies.
- Maintain the operational equipment of the monitor room
- Maintain confidentiality on a need - to - know basis
- Safeguard evidence and maintain appropriate controls related to evidence
- Prepare Incident Reports
- Able to work evenings, weekends and rotating shifts
- Fully Bilingual - English / Spanish
