Overview

The Surveillance agent performs undercover observations of all Casino activities including, but not limited to, count rooms, tables, coin room, slot machines, cashier areas and vaults.

Responsibilities
    Observe monitors for any unusual activity and in the case of suspicious behavior report directly to the Casino Shift Manager; report any alarms similarly.
  • Operate surveillance equipment; video recording machines, cameras and other related equipment necessary to conduct surveillance of all Casino areas.
  • Review, maintain and file all video recordings, documents and evidence used in surveillance for possible investigations/conduct time and motion studies.
  • Maintain the operational equipment of the monitor room
  • Maintain confidentiality on a need - to - know basis
  • Safeguard evidence and maintain appropriate controls related to evidence
  • Prepare Incident Reports
Qualifications
  • Able to work evenings, weekends and rotating shifts
  • Fully Bilingual - English / Spanish
