Job Description

The Director, Global Tax position will report to the CFO and will lead a team of tax professionals that are responsible for managing a wide range of tax related requirements to support the organizations global operations.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for the minimization of worldwide tax obligations
  • Oversee the corporate tax provisions for inclusion in the company's financial statements, including analysis and calculation of deferred income taxes and disclosures
  • Ensure the timely preparation and filing of required income tax returns and related filings
  • Evaluate and monitor tax exposures
  • Provide tax support to business unit operations
  • Review and oversee tax planning and due diligence for global issues related to acquisitions and dispositions
  • Oversee the tax planning for intercompany cash movement
  • Ultimately responsible for the external auditor's review of the tax provision
  • Supervise and develop tax talent within the group
  • Domestic and International travel as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's Degree/CPA preferred
  • 15+ years tax experience in industry/accounting firm
  • Proficiency with Excel and Corptax preferred
  • Understanding of SAP and/or OneStream a plus
