The primary role of this position will be to design, develop and support large-scale, mission-critical, multi-site web applications using several modern web technologies like React, NodeJS, VUE, BOOTSTRAP, etc.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Functions as Software Developer for multiple, complex applications utilizing demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions to the problems and challenges inherent in related projects.
Will be involved in all phases of project life cycle, assisting in the technical design, coding, implementation, and maintenance of the assigned systems.
Works with the project team, which includes users and analysts, to develop technical solutions which integrate with the current systems.
Develops project related technical work plans, including technical specifications, delivery schedules, and ensures adherence.
Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions across technologies to tie together existing systems and tools.
Lead code/design reviews with team to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning.
Investigates and resolves complex technical problems and production issues by troubleshooting and providing end-to-end solutions.
Mentors' engineers, coach engineers on design, development, and maintenance of systems; Review teammates' code
Influence architecture, quality standards and understand, identify, measure across entire solution
Collaborates with other Digital staff (Marketing, Operations, Network Services, Information Security, etc.) to provide inter-disciplinary technical solutions.
Collaborates with the team to maintain internal documentation for new and existing applications.
Participate in the groups on-call rotation for support.
Must be a self-starter and stay current on emerging technologies in the industry.
