Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Learning Content Developer with our client in their Sunnyvale, CA location. This is a 12 month + contract remote position.

  • We are looking for a Learning Content Developer to join our team.
  • You will create high-impact learning materials for client sales teams, managers & senior leaders.
  • These learning materials empower global client sales teams with the knowledge and skills they need to sell client products, plus develop leader's skills to support their teams & grow the business.
  • In this role, you will work with a Learning Experience Designer & project teams to determine learning objectives, establish clear timelines for deliverables, and create engaging content & assets.
  • This role's primary responsibility is developing learning assets for our sales audiences and senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Learning Experience Designer(s) and project teams, to update existing content & courses or build new learning materials.
  • Develop content for asynchronous learning (eLearning, job aids, videos, etc.).
  • Develop content for in person or virtual events (decks, handouts, etc.).
  • Review materials with peers & project team members and incorporate feedback.
  • Manage asset production to produce deliverables and complete tasks on or ahead of schedule.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in developing sales enablement content & courses.
  • 4+ years' experience building e-learning assets in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
  • Portfolio or work samples with recent work showcasing the above points.
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Desired:
  • Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with multimedia or graphic design.
  • Experience working on a multi-cultural team.
  • Experience structuring lessons or courses to produce a behavioral outcome.
  • Degree with emphasis on Instructional Design.

Pay rate range: $41.00 - $65.00 hourly.
