The Opportunity:

The team strives to maintain accurate accounts receivable balances, by working with internal and external customers to improve billing functionality and assist with any pricing and billing issues. What You'll Do:
Oversee multiple accounts to ensure collection efforts are timely on all assigned past due accounts
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Customer Success Managers, legal, and finance on collections for multiple accounts
Compile and evaluate aging reports and determine high risk/delinquent accounts and prioritize work based on analysis
Identify and rectify issues attributing to account delinquency
Resolve complex and escalated customer billing disputes independently, escalating higher as needed
Handle complex customer collections issues independently and escalate to sales, senior management, and service organization as needed
Research outstanding invoice balances
Reconcile customer accounts
