ABOUT YOU
- 8 years of progressive experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or work experience combined with relevant education a plus
- Experience in partnering with business leaders on developing and driving initiatives
- High Level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and coach across multiple levels within the company and locations
- Excellent decision making and critical thinking skills
- Ability to staff and develop an effective and capable team
- Change management leadership capability
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
