ISHPI is currently seeking outstanding candidates in support of the Navy Warfare Development Center to provide support for helpdesk, application, database web development and maintenance support.

Responsiblities: Identifies, researches, and resolves technical issues that impact communication and information systems to include: installation, troubleshooting, maintenance of products, equipment and analysis of systems to prevent and resolve product failures, order and replace parts as needed. Performs on-going analysis of IT systems to improve hardware, software and procedural effectiveness. Acts as initial point of contact for all day-to-day reported issues and will respond to telephone calls, email and personal requests for support. All issues reported and assigned will be corrected within stated SLA timeframe.

Candidate required qualifications are a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or other closely related scientific or technical discipline with five (5) years' experience of which at least one (1) year must be specialized. Individuals with ten years of experience of which at least eight (8) years must be specialized, a degree is not required. MS degree preferred.

A+ Technical Hardware/Software Certification Level II: 2 years practical experience
Customer Service Experience Level II: 2 years practical experience

Certification Requirement: IAT Level I such as Comptia A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP or above.

Clearance Requirement: Selected candidate must a U.S. Citizen and have an active security clearance.
