Overview

ISHPI is currently seeking outstanding candidates in support of the Navy Warfare Development Center to provide support for helpdesk, application, database web development and maintenance support.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Provides support to end user on a variety of SharePoint related issues. Manages the functionality of features such as search, recycle bin, audit log reports, site collection caching. Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices, and procedures for SharePoint solutions. Assists end users with updating websites and/or creating news sites as requested, to include client side code that may be required. Also responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Qualifications

Candidate required qualifications are a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or other closely related scientific or technical discipline with five (5) years' experience of which at least one (1) year must be specialized. MS degree preferred.

Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Level II: 8 years practical experience
Microsoft SharePoint 2016 Level II: 5 years practical experience
Microsoft SharePoint 2019 Level II: 2 years practical experience
Customer Support Level I: 3 years practical experience
Data Management Level II: 2 years practical experience
Technical Writing Level II: 2 years practical experience
Web development Level I: 2 years practical experience

Certification Requirement: IAT Level II such as Comptia Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, CND SSCP or above.

Clearance Requirement: Selected candidate must a U.S. Citizen and have an active security clearance.
