The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Cuyahoga DD) is seeking two (2) Support Administrators to work as member of the Eligibility Team. Support Administrators in this assignment are responsible for assisting someone from the time they first contact the board for help, through the eligibility process, and until they are assigned to a Support Administrator or referred to another program to assist them with their needs. Because Cuyahoga County is a culturally rich community, in order to provide the best customer service possible, one of the two positions will be required to be fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual).
The nature of work for all Support Administrators includes, but is not limited to the following:
START DATE: The Cuyahoga DD hires Support Administrators in groups, or what we refer to as "waves." The next target date for onboarding Support Administrators will be July 15, 2024. This means if you are interviewed and considered for this position, you must be willing and able to begin working full-time for this agency as of July 15, 2024. We are not hiring for this position before that date.

* SALARY: The starting salaries for our SAs are covered in a Collective Bargaining Agreement (Union Contract). This agreement takes into consideration not only the education and experience of the applicant but also internal equity for our existing employees. The typical starting salary for a Bilingual candidate holding a BA degree is $52,927. The typical starting salary for a Bilingual candidate holding a MA degree is $54,515.
