Essential Job Duties | The Executive Director of Campus Health provides visionary and strategic leadership for the health of the NC State campus community. The Director is responsible for ensuring that Campus Health operates within University and state policies as well as state and federal regulations. The Director is responsible for all administrative and educational functions related to the delivery of health care and disease prevention programs and works in tandem with the Counseling Center Director to ensure coordination of health care with appropriate counseling services.The Executive Director reports to the Senior Associate Vice Chancellor and serves as a member of the Division of Academic and Student Affairs' leadership team. Minimum Education and Experience | Successful candidates must possess an advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field with demonstrated experience in primary health care leadership and administration, including the ability to motivate clinical and administrative staff and evaluate work performance. |
