The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000-$130,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

This position is a remote / hybrid opportunity.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Manages the Procurement activities required during the Solution Development / Selling phase of the projects, specifically for the Central / Western / Mexico Business Units.

  • Projects will very in levels of complexity and solution type and may not be limited to, the integration of automated material handling systems, associated drives, hardware, controls and software.

  • Builds, leads, directs, motivates, and coordinates procurement activities for proposal teams, that may consist of autonomous, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) of varying levels and areas of expertise inside and outside of the SD and Sales teams.

  • Understands Project Planning and manages Procurement activities to set a quality scope, cost and schedule.

  • Proven ability to effectively negotiate project terms and achieve cost and schedule savings resulting in Tender Cost Improvements.

  • Demonstrates accountability for meeting proposal team's deadlines and for reporting out on the status of Solution Requests (SR's).

  • Willingness and demonstrated ability to stay current with the latest material handling concepts.

  • Adapts to change and is quick to learn new processes and tools that are required to perform the job.

  • Plays a leading and proactive role in support of continuous improvement.

  • Self-motivated and results oriented professional with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve targets.

What We are Looking For:

  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree

  • PMP Certified preferred

  • 3 - 5 years of successful experience in Procurement Management, Project Procurement, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize solutions

  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize numerous opportunities and deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary

  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP and Salesforce preferred
