Your role and responsibilitiesHelp ensure compliance with both our commercial (ISO 9001:2015) and nuclear (10CFR50 Appendix B) quality assurance programs, including performing internal and external audits Track and analyze plant metrics and drive improvements. Have ownership of our QMS documentation and Process Improvement programs Support product manufacturing and inspection activities for Medium Voltage Breakers and Electro-mechanical relays Support quality planning activities and customer audits on process, products, and the quality system Participate in the investigation of technical problems and the establishment of procedures and corrective actions to avoid recurrences As customer field issues are raised and reported in our ABB Systems, provide response to customers and work towards resolving problems as required
