We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Oregon team in support of site civil projects. This position will be based out of our Bend office. This position will come into the office for mentorship, project, and team collaboration and has some flexibility to work remotely.

WHO YOU ARE:

Experienced: You have your BSCE, EIT and interest or experience in civil engineering design with the ability and interest in working on a variety of project types but with a focus on private development, critical facilities, and public infrastructure design. We work for a range of clients including local municipalities, state agencies and private clients. Consulting experience preferred but not required.

Technically Focused: Can prepare and deliver civil engineering design for a variety of site civil projects. You are proficient or have had significant exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads is beneficial but not required.

Relationship & Communication Focused: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, team player and you thrive on developing rapport with internal and external clients to maintain quality delivery. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written leadership and communication skills.

• Base salary for this position is in the range of $65,000-$75,000+. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. For all positions we conduct an equity review. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program.
