What You'll Do:


In anticipation of future work, we are reviewing resumes for the position of Sr. Network Architect. In this role, you will be part of an important DoD program that has a direct impact on our nation's Warfighter. Your expertise in your field will be utilized and respected. We are actively seeking candidates, however this position will be contingent up on contract award.

  • Designing and implementing computer and information networks, such as LAN, Wide Area Networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks.
  • Performing network modeling, analysis, and planning, including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures.
  • Designing network and computer security measures.
  • Researching and recommending network and data communications hardware and software.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You possess an MA/MS degree in Computer Sciences, IT or business; experience can substitute degree requirements.
  • You have at least ten (10) years of enterprise architecture experience.
  • You have experience creating Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts and mapping data requirements to Logistics Information Technology systems.
  • You have experience with NMCI network setups, Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA) Baseline, Portable Electronic Maintenance Aides (PEMAs), and the NAVAIR Programs of Record.
  • You are able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • You have professional and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You take a proactive approach to your work and you're able to accomplish tasks with limited guidance and supervision.
  • You have demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Your organizational skills are impressive, allowing you to effectively manage competing priorities.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
