Job Description

Performance Health is seeking an End User Support Technician II to join our team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hardware, software, network, and telecommunication support for internal end users onsite at our Distribution Center as well as supporting remote based end users.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage incident and requests received from internal end users.
  • Provide support via phone, email, remote connectivity and in person.
  • Identify, research and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity.
  • Thoroughly document and track all tickets and assets.
  • Manage end user access utilizing Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Admin Center, Intune, MDT imaging process, and Mimecast. Ability to troubleshoot varies warehouse systems such as Manhattan, Bartender, Avalanche, and Pacejet. Able to troubleshoot hardware issues relating to label printers in a warehouse environment such as Zebras.
  • Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at all times.
  • Train end users and provide appropriate documentation to ensure IT hardware and software is used in the most efficient way.
  • Meet or exceed assigned SLAs
  • Manage assigned tasks that are relating to projects
  • Some travel and out of office hours and weekend work is expected, as and when required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Computer Science strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience working with end-users on technical support issues in a help desk environment
  • Experience working with end-users on troubleshooting workstation issues, Windows and Mac OS, warehouse systems and printer hardware, VoIP cloud telecommunications, Office 365 suite applications, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and basic network.
  • Experience creating technical documentation for end-users to follow and assist in troubleshooting issues
  • Experience working in the following programs: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ServiceNow
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel

  • This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $26.00-$27.00 plus benefits.
