Position Overview

The VP of Clean Rooms will be a visionary role tasked with pioneering Kinesso's Clean Rooms proposition from conceptualization and evolution to market launch. This strategic position will oversee the development, integration, and execution of Clean Rooms solutions from within the global platform services team to enhance data privacy, partnership strategies, and client value.

This individual will work closely with the Global Platform Services Led to collect client, agency, and partner requirements and translate that into a tangible and valuable practice within KINESSO. This role converges with data & tech teams, partnerships, activation teams, and will have touch points on KINESSO's Retail Media Networks workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and market introduction of Kinesso's Clean Rooms proposition to ensure it meets the evolving needs of digital ecosystems.
  • Forge and maintain strategic partnerships to facilitate the integration of Clean Rooms across various data and technology platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evangelize and drive adoption of Clean Rooms, setting strategic directions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Mentor and develop talent within the team to align performance management with professional growth objectives.
  • Influence resource allocation and manage client engagements within the domain of expertise.
  • Partner with media agency stakeholders to identify and capture opportunities within the existing client base.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to make technical concepts accessible and compelling to an array of audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Clean Room technologies such as Ads Data Hub, Amazon Marketing Cloud, BigQuery / Snowflake / AWS Clean Rooms, and publisher clean rooms.
  • Comfortable and skilled in providing strategic and operational intelligence when guiding clients through framework, design, and deployment.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to define a vision for an emerging capability.
  • Advanced experience managing existing business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally and externally.
  • Kinesso does not require candidates to have a college degree.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in a media agency environment.
  • Experience in the wider Martech / Adtech ecosystem such as CDPs, Web Analytics, DSPs, MMPs.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
