The Position:
Under the direction of the AASHTO Laboratory Area Manager (ALAM) the MTC Supervisor is responsible for monitoring daily processes and managing a team of laboratory technicians. Success is defined as the timely delivery of requested tests, efficient use of equipment, proper training and development of personnel, fostering a team environment, ability to adapt quickly to change, minimization of risk and compliance with specifications, organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
