SUMMARY:

The Relationship Banker Trainee Program provides a unique opportunity for selected candidates to explore a career path in the Banking & Financial Services industry, with upward mobility opportunities through the Relationship Banker levels to become a trusted financial advisor.

In this development-level role, the Relationship Banker Trainee will receive exposure to the Relationship Banker model, training regarding essential banking transactions, and learn to provide exceptional customer care for the Bank's customers, addressing customer inquiries and financial needs at a full-service Cape Cod 5 Retail Bank location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma (or G.E.D.) and willingness to pursue higher education
  • No experience required.
