The Opportunity: As an F&B Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and fast-paced world of Food and Beverage operations. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of F&B services, from event planning and execution to daily restaurant operations. Under the guidance of seasoned professionals, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.

Duties and Functions:

  • Assist in planning and executing events, including weddings, banquets, and special club functions.
  • Support daily F&B operations, including taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food items.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and tracking supplies.
  • Engage with members and guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Contribute to the creation of seasonal menus and promotional activities.
  • Provide administrative support for F&B management, including data entry and documentation.

Qualification Standards:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
