Job/Internship Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Complies with all plant and corporate administrative rules.
  • Complies with all applicable plant safety rules and plant environmental compliance.
  • Performs all required SH&E responsibilities.
  • Assist Zero Harm Management in finding solutions to compliance and safety problems or failures.
  • Assists the timelines, budgets, and scheduling for daily, weekly, and monthly compliance scheduling.
  • Assists in compliance reporting.
  • Assists and participates in the daily supervisory compliance tasks including pre-job meetings, permits, crew assignments, daily inspection paperwork, and other daily management tasks.
  • Assist and learn about our safety and environmental permits, programs, and associated paperwork.
  • Assists in inventory tracking and verification.
  • Participates and assists with compliance audits and inspections.
  • Assists in data collections, streamlining data capturing and identifying opportunities to digitize.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing B.S. in Engineering, Safety Management, Biology, Environmental Science, or Relatable Fields
  • Safety, Health & Environmental awareness
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to set priorities and analyze problems.
  • Ability to work on site and outside for portions of the day.
