Responsibilities

New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Jonesboro, Arkansas is currently recruiting for a Clinical Office Assistant.

    Assist with scanning in all documents into the EMR system including patient records and test results
  • Assist with answering the phones as needed
  • Assist checking in patients as needed
  • Re-stock exam rooms and patient bathroom at the end of the day
  • Help maintain cleanliness of lobby
  • Perform all other duties as identified by office manager or staff.
Qualifications

  • High School diploma with 1-3 year's Administrative Office experience.
  • Proficient with computers and office equipment; ability to use various software including Proficient to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to be professional and maintain confidentiality as directed by HIPPA
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills; ability to express oneself clearly in written and oral communications.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Genuine desire to meet the needs of others
